Many people have asked where they can send a letter expressing their disappointment that Team Knight Rider was not renewed. There have been quite a few staff changes at Universal (Studios USA) recently, but here are some of the "new guard". I'm also offering some suggestions as to how your letter can be most effective.

1. Be brief.
Time is money, and these people have 101 things other than TKR to worry about. Try to make your point in 2-3 paragraphs.

2. Be sympathetic.
If you want to add some emotional punch to your letters, let Universal know that you are "disappointed", "saddened", or "frustrated". DON'T say that you're "angry". And whatever you do, don't insult anybody! Remember, you want Universal to be your friend.

3. Don't offer suggestions.
If you try to tell Universal how they could have made TKR better, it can backfire on you by focusing on the negative aspects on the show. Concentrate only on how much you enjoyed TKR.

4. Speak in generalites.
Chances are, you know more about TKR than some of the executives. They may not know specific titles of episodes, for example. Give your overall opinion of the show, or perhaps mention your favorite actor, but stay away from details.
